1. You’re constantly tired.
Even though you slept for hours each night for the past week, you’re
still tired when you get out of bed in the morning. There’s nothing else you’d
rather to than just go back to sleep. You think about all the work from the
minute you get up until you’re going back to sleep in the evening and you
imagine it piling up because you feel like you’re not energized enough to deal
with all of it. Taking a break doesn’t seem like the best solution because “the
work is just too much at the moment”.

20 things I already did in my twenties before settling down
I’m being as can be at the age of 27 and I’m not even bothered. I
always dreamed of being married with kids at the age of 27, but I guess life
turned out a little different than expected. And that’s okay. I was able to
check off a lot of boxes in the mean time of things that I wanted to do before
settling down.
Here are 20 of them:
1. Travel outside of Europe
2. Learn how to cook proper meals
3. Publish a book
4. Get a tattoo
5. Spend the weekend binge watching series, eating fast food with tears running down my face from laughter.

15 things I would want to ask the guys who didn’t want me anymore
I hate it when being let down without any decent explanation. With
promises about coming back. With excuses that make no sense. It makes it no
easier to move forward. Instead you stand still for a while, waiting for them
to return. Which eventually almost never happens.
As far as I go, I just keep standing still wondering where it went wrong. These are some questions that keep creeping in my head, waiting to be answered, even though I know it will never happen.
1. Were you ever serious about me?
2. Was your plan ever to date me in the first place…

An essential self-love post break-up letter
Recovering from a break up is hard if you keep re-living the past
and if it has left you as a wreck, sobbing your way through life because you
can’t seem to forget how and who you were before you got screwed over by this
particular someone.
You’ve been through conversations with your friends and they probably told you the same things over and over about how good it was that he has let you go because he was no good anyway. But that doesn’t seem to make you feel better. You read all the self-help books in the world and you even went home to your …

5 things that made me realize I was ready to fall in love again
1. Falling in love is amazing. It has hurt in the past, but at this
point I feel as though I love myself enough to not let it hurt me anymore if I
would be the only one falling. Love is a beautiful thing and the fact that you
are ready to open yourself up because you’re finally strong enough, and loving
yourself enough for it, is a wonderful experience on its own.
2. When I first started to see the good in people again, felt more positive about life, I knew something was growing. I knew my soul was blossoming again. The first time trusting some…
