15 tiny but huge changes to become a happier person

1. Write affirmations until you believe them, like “I am happy”, “I am filled with energy”,..

2. Read books and take at least 30min/day to read.

3. Declutter your living space and desk area.

4. Set your alarm 15 minutes earlier and take a 15 minute walk in the crisp morning air.

5. Listen to relaxing music of nature sounds.

6. Cook a healthy meal.

7. Drink at least 2L water per day to keep your body hydrated.

8. Unfollow negative people on social media and start following inspiring and positive-minded people.

9. Go to bed 30 minutes earlier as usual.

10. Sing along with a happy song.

11. Learn how to meditate and do this for 15 minutes per day.

12. Write down a goal you want to achieve this year.

13. Listen to an inspirational podcast.

14. Get yourself some art posters to hang in your living room.
